This four-week private coaching journey with Healthy-ish Lifestyle is designed as a gentle starting point, allowing us to work closely together and see if the process feels aligned for you.
The focus is supportive, practical lifestyle coaching that helps you reconnect with your health, your habits, and the way you want to show up in your life and within your family.
Rather than trying to change everything at once, we move slowly and intentionally, building one small, manageable habit at a time so that the changes feel natural, realistic, and sustainable.

At the end of the four weeks, we reconnect and decide together whether you would like to continue with a personalised month-to-month coaching structure that supports your lifestyle and goals.
What’s Included:
60–90-Minute Introduction Session (In-person or online)
We begin with a deeper one-on-one session where we explore your lifestyle, current challenges, goals, and the areas where you would like the most support. This creates a clear and personalised foundation for your journey.
Weekly 30-Minute Check-In Sessions
You will have three weekly check-ins where we review what is working, what feels challenging, and where small adjustments can support you. These sessions keep the process grounded, supportive, and adaptable to real life.
Daily Accountability and Support
You will have access to ongoing WhatsApp support for guidance, encouragement, and real-time support as situations come up in your day-to-day life.
Your Personalised Wellness Approach
Your journey is tailored specifically to you. Together, we work through practical and supportive areas such as:
- Understanding how nutrition supports your body
- Building balanced, realistic eating habits
- Developing a healthier relationship with food and movement
- Creating simple daily routines that support wellbeing
- Building emotional awareness and confidence in your choices

Life coaching is about helping you step into the person you want to become.
Rather than focusing on what hasn’t worked in the past, we focus on building forward, through small daily shifts, supportive structure, and consistent accountability.
Over time, this creates a stronger, more confident, and more grounded version of yourself.

Access to the Healthy-ish Lifestyle App is not included in this coaching package, but it is strongly recommended as a supportive foundation for your journey.
You are welcome to share your login within your household so that your family can also benefit.
