This four-week private coaching journey with Healthy-ish Lifestyle is designed as a starting point so that we can work closely together and see if the process feels like the right fit for you. The focus is gentle, supportive lifestyle coaching that helps you reconnect with your health, your habits, and the way you want to show up in your life and family.

Rather than trying to change everything at once, we work slowly and intentionally, building one small habit at a time so that the changes feel natural and sustainable.

Investment: R5900 for the first 4 weeks.

After the four weeks we can reconnect and decide together whether to continue month-to-month with a personalised coaching structure that supports your lifestyle and goals.

### What the 4-Week Coaching Includes

90-Minute Introduction Session (In person or online).

We begin with a deeper introduction session where we talk through your lifestyle, current challenges, goals, and the areas where you would like the most support. This session helps us create a clear and personalised starting point for your journey.

Weekly 30-Minute Check-In Sessions.

From there, we will have three weekly check-in sessions where we review what is working, what feels challenging, and what small adjustments or guidance may be helpful as you move forward.

These sessions help keep the process supportive, practical, and responsive to real life.

Daily Accountability and Support.

You will have ongoing WhatsApp access for daily guidance, encouragement, and support as situations arise in real life.

Personalised Wellness Method.

Your journey will be tailored specifically to you. Together we will work through practical areas such as:

Understanding nutrition and how food supports your body.

Learning about balanced eating and portion awareness.

Developing a healthier relationship with food and movement.

Creating daily habits that support wellbeing.

Building emotional awareness and confidence in your choices.

The aim is not perfection, but helping you move toward a calmer and more balanced lifestyle.

Guidance and External Support if Needed.

If during the process I feel that additional professional support may be beneficial, I will gently guide you toward the appropriate resources.

Access to the Healthy-ish Lifestyle App is not included in this coaching journey. However, I do strongly recommend having access to it, as it provides a beautiful foundation of support for you and anyone in your family home who would like to use it.

You are welcome to share the same login details within your household so that everyone can benefit from the resources.

The app includes balanced and positive content such as:

100+ nourishing recipes.

Guided workouts including Pilates and functional strength training.

Meditations.

Educational content about nutrition, the body, and overall wellbeing.

Membership is R380 per month, with discounted annual options available.

Membership can also be purchased independently without joining a coaching journey.
